Whilst these loans generally incur a high interest rate (from 8%pa for 1st mortgage security and from 16.5% pa for 2nd mortgage security) the cost to the borrower is usually outweighed by some future benefit.

Suitably qualified applicants are given access to a range of proposals from prospective borrowers with the necessary information to make an informed decision on a transaction.
